Countdown to YLC

The  Youth Leadership Conference (YLC) is designed for older residents of  childcare agencies who have been identified as current or emerging  leaders on their campuses. Set in a camp-like environment, students are  given opportunities to develop and practice leadership skills while  being encouraged to apply what they’ve learned within their own  communities. The conference is guided by experienced facilitators who  engage students in meaningful, relevant ways and foster both personal  growth and leadership development.
