The 2025 Annual Meeting is scheduled for March 10-12 in Round Rock, Texas.
The 2024 Summer Workshop is scheduled for June 10-12 in Abilene, Texas.
The Annual Meeting targets the childcare executives, program directors, and facility managers with relevant and practical information useful for leadership positions of agencies and programs.

Registration Includes:
- Monday banquet for attendee and one guest
- Meeting sessions and breakouts
- Continental breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday
- Lunch on Tuesday
- Refreshments served during breaks daily
Registration Fee
$400
One guest is included per registration for the banquet. Any additional guests are $50 each. Attendees will be responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meal costs outside of the main schedule.
**Optional excursion: “Magnolia Silos in Waco”
Guests of attendees have an optional excursion during the day on Tuesday. Visit the Magnolia Silos in Waco for shopping and lunch (leave at 9 am and return by 5 pm). There is no charge for this trip, but sign up is requested to have adequate transportation. Excursion includes transportation only. Individuals are responsible for their shopping and meal.
