The Association of Christian Childcare Administrators invites you to attend the 2018 Annual Meeting. Our theme for this year’s conference is "SURVIVOR: Saddle Up, Partner Up, Round Up" - Learning How to Survive Long Term in Residential Childcare Ministry. The event is happening Wednesday, March 21 through Friday, March 23 in Oklahoma City. We will kick things off at 1:00 pm on Wednesday and finish by noon on Friday.

Offering cutting edge training and insight into the newest trends in childcare, the annual meeting provides child care executives, program directors, and facility managers with relevant and practical information that is useful for those in agency and program leadership positions. You will enjoy networking with peers in child care from across the country. Wednesday evening we will tour Boys Ranch Town and then enjoy a free evening to explore downtown OKC. Look forward to Thursday for our banquet at the top of the tallest sky scraper in OKC and enjoy hearing from a seasoned veteran in childcare ministry, Tony Kennedy.

Rejuvenate your leadership techniques, embrace your dream, and gain the tools to put them in action!

Registration for the meeting is $175 (for members) and covers all session fees, lunch/snacks and banquet. Spouses desiring to attend the meeting may register for $50 and an optional add-on for lunch/snacks during the meeting is $20.

Note: for online registrations a convenience fee of approximately 3% will be added to registration rates to help offset credit card/PayPal charges. Colcord Hotel

ACCA Rates: $167 *

The Colcord is historic and beautiful. The hotel is attached to Oklahoma’s newest and tallest skyscraper, the Devon Tower. Our banquet will be held on Thursday night on the top floor of the Devon Tower in the VAST restaurant.

* $167 + tax; rate does not include breakfast. A block of rooms has been reserved at the historic Colcord Hotel in downtown Oklahoma City.  Make your reservation as soon as possible. We are urging participants to book hotel rooms early in the event there are Thunder games in town due to March Madness. If there are, rooms will go quickly.

If you make your reservation by phone, be sure to state that you are an ACCA conference participant. Group rate available until February 28, 2018.

‘Your Ministry’s Next Chapter’

We hope any spouses traveling with administrators will join us on a day away from the hotel to tour the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.

On Thursday, March 22nd, will depart from the hotel at 10:00am and head over to the Museum for a guided tour through its many exhibits. We will enjoy lunch at the Museum Grill, where soups, salads and sandwiches can be purchased by attendees. Average price is $5-$8 per entrée. We will return back to the hotel at 2:00pm in time to tour the Oklahoma Bombing Memorial with all the conference attendees.
